What services do you offer?

We provide end-to-end project delivery: feasibility, budgeting, design coordination, approvals, procurement, construction management, and handover. We can act as your client-side project manager or as head contractor where applicable.

Can you manage a project if you're not the builder?

Yes. We can act as your client-side project manager, overseeing builders and consultants on your behalf, or as head contractor where applicable. We integrate seamlessly into your existing team if preferred.

Do you do residential, commercial, or both?

We manage and build residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, subject to scope, location, and compliance requirements.

How do you charge — fixed fee or percentage?

We offer options including fixed fees, staged fees, or a percentage of construction cost — depending on the scope, risk profile, and timeframes of your project. We'll recommend the best structure for your situation during the initial consultation.

What's the difference between a project manager and a builder?

A builder executes the physical works on site. A project manager coordinates the entire delivery process — scope definition, cost control, consultant coordination, contracts, quality oversight, and risk management. We can provide one or both roles depending on your needs.

Can you help with design and approvals?

Yes. We coordinate architects and engineers through the design process and manage all approvals including development approvals (DA), building approvals (BA), and certification requirements.

How do you control cost overruns?

We set a clear scope early, run competitive tenders, track and approve all variations in writing, monitor procurement lead times, and provide regular cost-to-complete reporting throughout the project.

How often will I receive updates?

As standard, we provide weekly or fortnightly progress reports covering program status, costs, variations, risks, and actions for the next period. You're always kept informed without having to chase us.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — where required, we hold the relevant licences and carry appropriate insurance including public liability and professional indemnity for project management services. Builders we engage hold construction-specific cover.

What information do you need to provide a proposal?

We'll need your site address, project goals, rough size and scope, budget range, desired timeline, any existing drawings, and any known constraints such as easements, heritage overlays, or access issues. The more you can share upfront, the better our proposal will be.
